We are carrying out additional deliveries of door systems for FLIRT series vehicles – that’s how we can describe the end of 2022 and the beginning of 2023, when Pars Components will be implementing another part of the complete door systems (boarding double sliding doors for passengers complemented by an external sliding step) for FLIRT series vehicles. These vehicles are operated by FdC (Ferrovie della Calabria) and can be found in the Italian region of Calabria. They are modern motor units equipped with four door systems with electric drive and electronic control, which are complemented by an electrically powered step with a new load detection system for the walking surface. The vehicles are currently being gradually put into operation, the first of which was done with the participation of our technicians and service workers. Extensive training focused on technical details, operation, maintenance, and repair of our door systems was conducted for the operator.
