Pars Komponenty s.r.o. has been engaged in the development and production of automatic door systems, ramps, windows and specialized interior components for public transport vehicles for 20 years. The company employs 150 employees.
This year, we will double the average turnover from previous years from 5 million EUR per year to 10 million EUR per year, and in the coming years, we plan a minimum turnover of 12 million EUR and a return on sales of 10%, which will serve to further expand our production and investment in technology. We have secured work for two years, and now we focus on projects in the years 2022–2025. The work consists mainly of foreign orders for the production of automatic door systems, ramps and window solutions. We cooperate with the leaders in the field of rolling stock production, i.e. STADLER, ŠKODA Transportation, BOMBARDIER, NEWAG, SIEMENS, CAF, ALSTOM and others. Pars Components is active in Canada, Europe, Russia, India and Australia. We are also preparing for cooperation with China.
In terms of development and design, we focus mainly on narrowing the product portfolio with the gradual application of innovative solutions to serial and long-term projects. Our products meet the high demands on the level of safety, low weight and long-term reliability of products with low consumption and maintenance costs during operation, 30–40 years. We strive to meet the requirements of our customers on a daily basis, hand in hand with constant technical and technological development.
This year, we have also increased our production capacity by about 40% and we plan further growth, also in the form of an extension or a new hall. Pars Komponenty s.r.o. holds certificates for special processes, specifically for adhesive bonding according to DIN 6701, category A1 and for welding according to EN 15085, category CL1. The company is certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, with the preparation for IRIS certification by the middle of 2021.
The cornerstone and mindset of Pars Komponenty is to deliver safe and high-quality products properly and in time to achieve the overall satisfaction of all customers. The aim is to expand cooperation with existing customers and establish cooperation with new customers. The company’s vision is to invest in technology and know-how and to constantly develop products and move the company forward hand in hand with market needs.
